Description
Light granular carbon:Iodine value ≥950mg/g. The activated carbon is from NIngxia, China. The best carbon in China. it’s pore size is 2-4 nanometre, will attract and lock the odour smell and gas. it has a highly developed pore structure, very excellent adsorbent. each gram activated carbon’s adsorption area equivalent to eight tennis courts.
Galvanized body: The galvanized wire mesh,is from our town, Anping, Hebei---it’s the hometown of wire mesh. So we can choose the best quality galvanized wire mesh as our carbon filter body. It’s very strong, then, you don’t worry the damage in transportation.
Pre-filter: We supply free fre-filter. It’s 15mm environmental filter fabric, can effectually prevent the dust and as the first protective. We suggest change it every 6 month.
Flange of carbon air filter: Flange could be any color you like to attract your customers. Usually is black and silver. We can do your special logo in it.
Production process

When filling the carbon, we also have special equipment to ensure the enough carbon. When producing the carbon filter, there will be a dust proof cloth under the filter to keep the filter clean. In order to prevent the leakage of activated carbon. There is special treatment black non-woven fabric inside the carbon filter that is anti-static.
Inspection process:
After finished the order, we will randomly selected the sample to check the quality. There is hardly no poor quality carbon filter, but we will reproduce it if there is.
